No, I knew he wasn't doing it. That was the ONLY reason why I was going to do it. To shut his mouth.

Twitter is more public than this. This is the only other site I post on because it pure entertainment. You'd NEVER see me posting shit like this on other legit sites where I mod or post.

yes but on Twitter only people who actually give a shit about your random thoughts would have to see them

nice of you to admit that you spam this board but would never do such a thing on "legit sites"....whatever that is supposed to mean

Coach,
I actually have a serious question to ask you that I know you are able to answer.

Are these numbers pretty good to follow for strength, 1 RM.  How credible is the NSCA?

Correct me if I am wrong, but is that chart telling you your max based upon the given rep range? If so I don't believe it's accurate or I underestimate my strength  8)

We use that as a guideline and yes, it's pretty accurate. As of the last couple of years the NSCA has been under scrutiny for not following up and checking the accuracy of some studies that they publish. Mike Boyle, called them out on a few of the studies because of the inaccuracy and really publishing just some stupid shit (just open a study journal and you can see what I mean). They got pissed at him and they had a falling out with Boyle and sent letters to each member saying that any member using Mike Boyle for CEU's will no longer be accepted even the past studies that were originally used.

Because of that, most of the people that follow Boyle (and there are some prominent coaches that have studied under him) are no longer renewing their certs with NSCA. The NSCA has lost a lot of memberships because of this.

Interesting.  Have the retracted all of the "flawed" studies?
