I've used strips and they worked ok but if you don't stop eating problem things you'll be fighting it forever.  I thought the gel filled foam mouldings style worked better than strips.  Ime dentist gets the best results, you don't sit around drooling and foaming at the mouth 5 nights a week, and you get a nice slut hanging her tits in your face.

I think it's uric acid that does the whitening.  Hope you don't get no gout, brah.

It will work a bit, but if you really want to take care of it you gotta see your dentist. They will apply a gel plus exposure to UV light, takes a while, costs a buck....

they work just a pain in the ass though.  I got the bleach trays from the dentisyt for free for starting there.  My teeth got scary white

It's a lot cheaper and easier to get whitening gel and the mouth tray off ebay than use crest whitestrips.

you're thick

like that milk

a mild abrasive is not harmful .. it is not as damaging as the dental asst does with the picks they use

scrubbing the stain with the baking soda and gently bleaching it with the peroxide is not harmful nor painful

So you are saying W8M8 was the reason it's called a "tooth" brush?

Haven't tried over-the-counter teeth whitening products. I get mine from the dentist. -Had the formed trays made by the dentist too....these make all the difference. It cost about $300 initially, but the whitening gel is only $10. I whiten them once a year or so if they become stained from coffee, tea and wine.

I think a weak solution of peroxide and baking powder works pretty well. It can't be any harder on the enamel than that grit stuff the hygienist uses when she polishes the teeth after scraping them. Because I am a night-time mouth breather, I get my teeth cleaned by the hygienist twice a year.

Even though I am a geezer, I still have thirty teeth, including all four wisdom teeth. My first molars were pulled when I was a kid with buck teeth and the orthodontist decided my mouth wasn't big enough to accommodate all my upper teeth. Yet some folks still tell me I have a big mouth! LOL.

Tried them!  Don't expect miracles!

Just brush your teeth more!

I have used them... If you follow the directions, they will make your teeth a few shades lighter.

Sonicare toothbrush is the way to go. Really helps avoid plaque forming on your teeth. Also, if you only floss once a day, do it at night before going to bed. There are some areas no toothbrush will reach. Flossing is the only way to get to them.

Some folks actually brush their teeth too hard. This can wear off the enamel. It is better to use a softer bristle toothbrush if you tend to brush too hard.

Gayer than working out first thing in the morning to "energize" the body for the rest of the day.
