..bohydrates
This is it. becuase we are supposed to separate what we eat due to different digestion times and digestion PH required for the different Macro nutrients.
I think this is as far you can take perfected nutrition right, it's just a matter of makeing it work preactically and get used to it

Only fats? Olive oil straight from the bottle?

I would get it from natural sources like nuts and seeds if possible, avoccado, walnuts, sunflower seeds and that type of things, but yes oliveoil too for sure, just mix it with some green vegitables.
this is gonna take some rethinking from my regular way of eating, I'll figure it out as I go ahead with it pretty much

Please tell us you aren't serious....different ph required to digest? How do you explain things like nuts? They contain p/c/f. Also, foods like yams, potatoes, rice....all have some protein and some fat. Look at eggs....whole eggs...protein and fat. Look at any animal source...protein and fat...

some foods require more calcium to be broken down than others. but meat exceeds them all
meat for example requires more calcium then your bodies capacity to produce, leads to osteoperosis and cancer

LOL, goes to show you that this "separate your macros" stuff is pure bullshit. Your macros are meant to be ate together.

interesting you mentioned legumes. peanuts and peas are basically the same thing, only one also have fats. and guess what, you can add them here and there to your liking. but I would avoid peanut butter with protein mostly though.

Why?

Why?
so that we don't have unnecessary fats together with protein.
I don't see why this way of eating couldn't be done with any number of meals per day depending on your schedule .
As long as one makes sure the previously meal have been digestion before next meal can commence, but only especially so if next meal is of different macro nutrient, that's when it's key.

Please show me where calcium is found in the digestion process....
