real men focus on the muscle groups that matter - arms, shoulders and chest.   legs are something you do occasionally.

why u have two leg curls exercises for only the short head of biceps femoris, all other hamstrings are in inactive insufficiency when the legs are straight. Leg curls should be done seated, that's when all 4 knee flexors are engaged, its why u can move so much more weight in that position

I have come to realise that my best legs workouts are when I put almost no effort in it and I just push some 20-25 reps super strict.

that's what I do these days, great pump and I am sore for a while after more than if I go super heavy for 8-10 reps.

seems to give the legs a rounder look too.

leg press
walking lunges
leg extensions
seated leg curl
leg curl
one leg stiff deads

just some super strics high reps without any grunting  8)

He's on tons of drugs and just needs to get some blood flowing to the muscles to deliver the sauce, so it doesn't really matter.

Even 135 feels awkward front squats is the hardest excersise I think... Just holding that bar against your throat
... Rough excersise regardless of the weight.. I like the challenge if it though

yup they are tough and because of the way you hold the bar, it makes it more difficult to breathe properly during the exercise too. I usually just do 155lbs for 10 reps per set. It's not to failure but it gets the job done

x2 I don't think even at my strongest I ever went higher than 185 on front squats.  315 for reps is pretty strong imo.

I think back squats are harder.
With front squats, there's a sense of awkwardness, but i feel that they're easier to perform.

front squats take some time getting used to. Once you master them, it's easy. Back squats used to be easy but my knees hurt now whenever I do back squats so I have to overcome the pain during that exercise now.

140kg on front squat is good? I did 120kg x 3 once, bodyweight 75kg. I always thought 150kg is cutoff of what is considerde decent at my bodyweight, lol.

ATM I do 90-100kg 6-8 reps, bud atm on antibiotics I can't do 100kg for more than 4 for some reason. Part of the reason being I do them as second exercise now. Current bw 72kg.

My leg workout is:

squat 1 set
front squat 1-3 sets (most of the time two sets)
one leg press 2-3 sets
leg extensions 2-3 sets
leg curl 2-3 sets

I think i'm weak as fuck man... Whenever I think ok, pound for pound i'm strongest squatter in my gym i watch those 75kg twinks who are way taller than me doing 180kg front squats like it's nothing and I go like... Ok, I suck balls.

I totally suck balls on bench tho. I'm stuck at 100kg for reps. If everything remains same then sooner or later I'll be able to actually fucking overhead press as much as I bench.

I think that bodybuilders should just stop pretending to be strong or something. They should look strong but... Let's be honest, for every "OH DAMN BEAST FRONT SQUATTING 180kg for REPS" there is 80kg olympic lifter which does same shit, just way deeper...

I personally don't think it really matters one way or another. I do reverse lunges because it takes less stress off the knee when going back instead of forwards. I have my athletes do them off a 6" step because I feel we get more hip flexor and glute power from it as well as reinforcing sprint mechanics when done with high knee.

Why would you let someone perform a movement with incorrect form?

All your doing is reinforcing bad habits, increasing the chance for injury, and decreasing performance.

His form really breaks down at the 7th or 8th rep.

It was ok until then.

Id advise him to really push thru his heels doesnt look like he was.

Also looks like the chink in his armor are his medial glutes thats what was causing that wobblyness on the concentric portion of those last few shitty reps he was doing.

Your welcome Coach.

No thats not it because on his left leg its happening the entire time. He needs to keep his chest up and push thru his heels. All of his weight is on his toes.
