Just watched the news.... In Illinois, US water system was reportedly attacked by 'hackers'.
http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/45359594/ns/today-today_tech/t/us-investigates-cyber-attack-illinois-water-system/#.TseXyGOImU8
Now US officials suspect that behind the attack were.................... tadaa, Russians!
"Hackers apparently located in Russia attacked a water system in the US state of Illinois last week and damaged one of its pumps, the Washington Times said on Saturday quoting a report from the state fusion center."

Cyber wars will be the future of warfare. And now it seems Russian Federation is taking the edge on this new area of war.
USA has previously stated it will take counter-hacker actions physically (by missiles) in cases of remote attacks on it's systems. I doubt that works now ;D
This also comes at same time Americans are testing new 'hypersonic' missile... just sayin'...
What this means?
The Bear growls again! Comeback is gettin' strong.

Bodybuilders also need water and if water system doesn't work, Mr Olympia can be even canceled so bb-related.
Note: I don't like this kind of actions but sometimes it's essential to flash sum' power on world stage. USA knows this too and has done so multiple times.

When democracies go to war they tend to be long drawn out conflicts where resources are exhausted.
