Sitting in chairs. Since there is little fat, its ridiculously uncomfortable.

My hands are like icicles. The last time I was this cold, I was at a Joe Biden rally in 2008.

Extreme leaness has some wierd effects. sitting on a hard surface & feeling cold was my worst too. At my leanest I even got sore feet (No padding) felt like I was standing on bone :-X nose gets narrower,ears smaller wierd. who would have thought you store fat there...or maybe it was water loss?
One cool effect of being very lean though is you gain a inch by losinng the "fat pad" :D

I tried that myself. I think it is related to not getting enough fats. Not sure though.

Fucking clothes don't fit right, even when going down to smaller sizes! Bodyfat goes back up another 5%, and presto, clothes are nice and snug in the right places and doesn't look like I'm wearing drapes.

That annoys me the most.
I hate when clothes look like bedsheets. I never wear tight clothes but it feels bad when all your clothes sag off your body like some wannabe gangster homo. I like when they feel nice and compliment your body.
At lease people can see my traps, shoulders and abs through my clothes though. That feels really good especially when you cover up well and it can't be hidden.

Sounds like you have a very slow metabolism.
I eat 6 + meals a day year round and have high carb days ( 400grams) 3 x week. and Am like a blast furnace even in winter.
And I stay under 7% BF year round.

How's your blood pressure? I'm ALWAYS warm, but whenever I'm running hotter that usual, it means my BP is sky high.

I haven't had it checked in years but it was always high when I had it checked for a physical in college. I have high thyroid output, not sure if that affects it or not.

2000-2500 calories. .5 to 1 gram per lb of protein. Eat whatever foods you like to satisfy those two requirements.
Also, you can combine that with Intermittent Fasting for optimal results.
