Post stats and kcals it takes you to gain...
Me: 5'10 190 relatively lean and currently at 5000 kcals a day with only real physical activity being gym...
Pretty nuts for my size, I wouldnt be able to gain shit if it wernt for multiple high calorie shakes daily.

I was an ecto until I learned how to eat. ;D
Most advice related to macros and eating "clean" is bullshit. If you focus on lots of complex carbs and protein relative to simple carbs and fats, then you'll never eat enough. The trick is:
1) Eat "good" fats. Grassfed beef is perfect for this... lots of omega 3s and CLA.
2) Eat your simple carbs with fats.
So the perfect meal is... *drumroll*

i'm an ectomorph and even as an ectomorph you don't need that many calories you will just get fat. only time i eat 5k calories is when i'm pigging out on enjoyable food.
3.5-4k calories is enough for most people

well tren is why you can cut on 3.5k calories and test is why your appetite is up so much. doesn't mean you aren't growing on 3.5k calories with tren. you can probably grow off 2k calories with tren.

To gain size I had to force feed breakfast until I was retching the last 5 mouthfulls and then eat again 2 hours later. Seems like gh15 likes tren due to thickness with dryness, but water is still size, so if you want to fill out long ecto limbs there are other options. Fuck it: get cut and dry when you're huge.

ofcourse water is nesasry,, but you get it from the gh,, and testosterona when cycle higher...
hgh will give you the watwr you need to grow,,testosterona will add its own pufness but it wont matter when on hgh since your body fat will be low,, and trenbolona is there to bring in the quality muscle into new hgh created fibers,, it all work together,,
equipnona for polished look and for the ability to reduce testosterona doses ...

exactly. What people don't understand, is that gh15 is a narcistic fuck just like everyone else on this sight, only difference he was one of the best in the world at what he did and we're all gym rats for the most part. When he says tren/gh combo, he is trying to tell you what the type guys are doing, trying to help the guys in mid/late twenties thirties and forties who have been on AAS for decades test/deca/dbol/anadrol etcetc still stuck at the same numbers and playing with the same damn numbers.. I do not think gh15 would reccomend some 190 pound teenager to be on tren and high doses of growth hormone, instead of testosterone dianabol anadrol deca eq and heavy lifting and TIME in the gym at least for first few years. If you do Your throwing your money away unless you wanna be like Kuclo the kid 280 pounds of shit, but who would want to look like that anyways?

5,000 cals per day is a hell of alot of calories :o How do you dudes eat that much and not get fat?
I did eat a legit 5,000 cals per day, back when I was in my early 20s (at the advice of my trainer at the time) and I did gain over 40 pounds in 10 weeks, but.... my bodyfat went from 8% to 20% :'( :'( :'(
