Personally, I think fly movements open up the chest cavity a lot more and if you squeeze the contraction really well, they are tough to beat.
However, I would probably say Incline Barbell is best. Problem with barbells in general is that it opens the door for ego lifting. gh15 made a good post about ego lifting and going heavy once. He said if you need to, go in the gym once per month and train with the heavy weight you want to impress the whores with lol :).
I generally start chest day with a heavy pressing movement... I rotate between the various types of presses. I like Incline Smith and I think it is a good exercise, but lighten the weight a bit on Incline Barbell and even pause for a second on the chest like a power lifter and really contract up... tell me the smith is better after that.

I really need to incorporate inc. barbell back into my regime. Cant go as heavy but get a great contraction and the burn in the chest is hard to beat when the bars places back on the rung.
Think Ill start off my next chest wo with these.

My bench was decent,but they never really gave me too much growth............I add them in here and there just to break up the monotony,but it`s no longer a staple exercise for me.

these two and there's no need for other chest exc. If you do a slight incline 1 exercise might be enough....but I do other too to have some variation. :)

I thought you left? Flat barbell bench is not as good as Incline, with barbell, db, Smith Machine, or Hammer Strength---it gives you that "shelf look", barbell bench can give you that droopy pec look...
Plus, barbell bench is a chest destroyer...Titus tore his pec, Levrone, and many others from doing flat barbell bench. I've known several people who have torn a pec from that as well.

CHEST DIPS ARE FANTASTIC HAVE YOU EVER DONE THEM TO WHERE YOUR ARMS ARE STRAIGHT AND YOU JUST KIND OF GO DOWN, KEEPING THEM STRAIGHT. YOUR UPPER PEC GETS A PUMP OF THE LIFETIME..OF COURSE THIS PUMP WAS ATTAINED BEING OFF OF HORMONES AND TAKING AN PRE-WO BEFORE, BUT ITS A GREAT EXERCISE. REGULAR CHEST DIPS, OR THE SO CALLED PARILLO DIPS. FANTASTIC FOR CHEST.

Yeah the shape is genetic. But for me, flat movements never really worked, incline barbell and dumbells were good though. Then I started doing more smith machine incline and hammer incline and they def work better for me.

Absolutely. I actually forget to do decline presses because the decline bench is usually way across our gym. But when I do them, I have a great workout.
Sometimes I even do flat bench in the smith machine, but I sit up with my head off the bench and push hard with my lower chest. Next chest workout I'll make sure to not be lazy and drag that stupid old decline bench over to the smith machine. I've been having really good chest workouts lately and wouldn't mind keeping the momentum going.

well, not just delt, but i agree that the inclines fries the front delts
i feel inclines hit like 30-delt 40-chest 30-tricep
whereas declines remove the delts as much from the equation and hit 45-chest 35-triceps 10 - front delt
i think they are all great exercises, i don't do inclines on chest day if i hit shoulders on a diff day in that routine, sometimes i do if i do shoulders same day
i never had strong front delts; so my inclines suffer, but i have a strong chest so i have a good decline and can dip with lrg amount of weights chained to my waist
i had the most insane chest pumps doing decline dumbbell presses, like my pecs are about to explode out of my shirt kind of pumps

because out of all the different chest exercises i feel my pecs contract strongest with it. and doesnt involve shoulders to any noticeable degree. i have overpowering delts compared to chest and this helps.
