I have a weight loss competition at work coming up...
I need to get fucking bloated for the first weigh in...any ideas?
I was going to eat chinese food the day before as that works well.
High sodium high water, or high sodium low water?

High sodium, High carbohydrates, high water.

Take 100 mg of dbol. Eat a shitload of salty food and tub of ice cream before bed. You will wake up 10 pounds heavier full of bloat.
-
High sodium, High carbohydrates, high water.
Low water.
High water will just get rid of all the water, rendering the High Sodium/Carbs completely useless.
-
agree with adonis...low water
low water...oatmeal, ice cream, milk, lots of juice.

It's both...What I would do in his situation (I don't know how much time he has so lets say a week).
I'd pound carbs and sodium a good source would be asian food and rice. for the first 4 days my water would be high to maximize the amount of water weight and last 3 days would be low...If you only had a couple days then yes, low water.
You wouldn't use low water for a week you could gain much more using high water then cutting back but you have to eat alot of carbs and sodium.

That's my carb load for competition. LOL.

And it wouldn't work because you would excrete about a gallon more than you take in using this method. So you'd actually look decent and weigh about 4-8 lbs less than by doing the opposite.

Not true at all, the above post is completely useless. The filtration rate for the kidneys will stabilize after 6 hours, anti-diuretic hormone ADH, (well, now known as Arginie vasopressin), will decrease and aldosterone will increase but this is transigent and will regulate within 6 hours. Now the water going in will far exceed the water going out. This hypervolemia will remain for 12-36 hours. Anything more than that will require cycling of sodium and CHO. Like Wiggs said.

hammer 50 grams creatine a day for a week

Time the weigh in day with your period. That will assure you of plenty of water weight when you step on the scale.

simple.....before weigh in just drink more water or milk then you ever have in your life.
