Title: Is this a good enough source of protein? Should I eat it?

i was eating and unsuspectingly put one of these things in my mouth and it grossed me out

it has hair on it and tasted like shit

like one time i was in a restaurant with her

she and her brother ordered cow skin

they rolled it up and took bites from it

looked juicy

i tried it and it was holyfuck the grocest thing i've ever tasted and my teeth didnt go thru like scizzors like theirs did at all
