This seems weird, maybe he has something wrong, but why all this fat face with low bodyfat?

He used to look cool like somewhat like the dude from 2Limited, but he looks deformed now. All swollen and that strange nose... reminds me a little bit of Cutler's mutation.

overeem is not very low at bodyfat and hold alot of water , it's normal to get the same face ( don't even mention test and dbol )
that's a low bodyfat
