I said that he is one to watch...if you have noticed that anyone with Flex Wheeler like shape and genes, they have a hard time coming in shape---and as they continually pack on the pounds...it gets harder...they make the mistake (Melvin Anthony) being too cocky with heir genetics and not learning that they'd be better at a lighter weight--something Jojo Ntiforo needs to realize...
I think the Dominican (Americans?) Delarosa and Morel may do better than Rhoden.

good build,,,biceps he pushed,struggles,,,triceps he was yawning through some of it like wheeler used to...just repping light weight and bored look.looked great when turned pro,and his last outing had good look ...

I think the new rules say, if you don't win a show, then you don't get to go to the O---so everybody needs to put in like they want to win it.

I don't know shawn rhoden personnaly but my friend Mars told me that Shawn loves peanut butter and dick sandwishes
