I met a guy who owned a gym in Cleveland last Sept. and stopped into the gym to look around.

The owner told me how Lockett trained there and was a boxer,super strong naturally, and lived on candy,bananas,and take out chicken.

Some of the more memorable bodybuilders to me are Steve Reeves, Larry Scott, Lee Haney, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Frank Zane. As you can see, I've barely scratched the surface and I already picked more then three. I am not partial to the look of many of the bloated bodybuilders one sees today on the competition stage. It is my hope the pendulum will swing away from extreme mass and back to great symmetry.
