if this is just a downright stupid idea let me know.
ive been reading a lot about DNP and ive heard of people using it for priming before a cycle. i was wondering if anyone on here has used it for this purpose and how you would utilize it for a cycle of longer estered gear.
i did a 3 week keto diet before my last cycle and all the gear was short estered(test, tren, NPP). the strength and mass gains were great. however im planning on running a longer cycle with longer esters this summer and i wanted to know how i would use it. going for a slow lean bulk. currently at 200lbs, 10-12% BF.
the cycle will be:
1-16 600mg EQ
1-16 700mg NPP
1-16 600mg Primo E
250mg test E(currently cruising on this)
staying away from tren for a while. need to let my hair grow back lol.
im planning on running the DNP for 10 days. 200mg the first 3, then 400 for the last 7. what i need to know is should i run the DNP the week before i start the compounds or maybe 2-3 weeks after i start using them? The NPP will kick in first but the EQ and primo will take longer.

I run a lot of DNP, sometimes off AAS, sometimes while on, and sometimes just before.
It always seems to 'prime' me or 'reset' me for new growth to occur.
I haven't noticed much of a difference as far as timing goes.
If you do it right at the beginning of a cycle, you may not like the way you look,
since your muscles will be a little flat but you may still be holding water.
It takes a good 10-14 days for me to lose all the water weight from a DNP run.
The protocol I like best as far as results and looking/feeling decent the whole time is this:
IGF1(really helps keep you full, which really helps during training since DNP sucks the glucose right out of you)
50mg tren EOD (low dose, just enough to hold on to mass while running DNP
5-7 days after last DNP cap, begin higher dosed, short ester AAS cycle.
^this is what has worked best for me. The DNP flattens and depletes you, but much less when the IGF1 is in there,
very shortly after the DNP is done, you blast yourself with anabolics and watch your body suck in nutrients like
a vacuum. My body just seems to absorb whatever I put in it once the DNP is over.
If using all long ester gear, you could start the DNP at the same time as the AAS. I think it will help you grow and
get better results than if you didn't run DNP at all, but I don't think you will experience the full 'super compensation'
effect you may have read about.
Going from a glucose depleted watery mess to an entirely anabolic environment practically overnight makes for some
very visible daily changes in your physique.

ya DNP makes you flat because it stops insulin production. you will also get real bad cramps due to ATP depletion if you run DNP high enough and long enough. exactly like rigor mortis. it makes lifting very unpleasant.
IGF functions like insulin in that it shuttles glucose into muscle cells, so why it would help in your situation. i'd run the tren real high with DNP, it helps a lot.

are you talking about the crystaline DNP?
-
same drug. crystal absorbs faster, but ~25% of the weight of crystal dnp is salt. they make it by adding baking soda to water with dnp mixed in then drying it.

are you talking about the crystaline DNP?
crystalline and powder are the same thing basically. i could only get the powder version.

good sht. thanks bro. ive used igf-1 before and didnt think much of it. if you are using it to keep the glycogen levels up why not just use insulin? igf-1 has something like 1/10th of the affinity for the insulin receptor as insulin.

I tried slin with it before and just couldn't get the fullness back that IGF1 gave me.
Plus, DNP has me on the verge of being hypo all the time, and adding slin to that was pushing it.
Since DNP has you sweating most of the time as it is, it is even harder to realize when you are
going hypo from the slin.
When not on DNP and taking slin, sweats are the first sign of me going hypo. That is how I figure
I need some extra carbs. If I wait too long, I get the shakes. I can't use this method while on DNP
because I already am sweating and slightly light headed as it is.
I do have a BG meter, but I would end up pricking myself ten times a day if I was using slin with DNP.
The IGF1 is just much simpler and less risky, IMO.
