usually i lost shitload of weight in keto ,,,specially in first week ,, and second week ,,
with lentus on mix ,, boom remain full , remain same weight ,, good sign ,,
it been a week ,, heavier i am after th second week diet ,, heavier i b on stage ,,
i went honest ,, for like me ,,, to th average genetic ,, and second ... a guy who dont react well to carb intake ,,
many of those in th amateur field ,,

at im body quest now call gym montreal , downtown st cat street , it friendly ,, at least you can do whatever u want ,,
th best gym , will b progym , all pro n stripper ,, it's a little ken n barbie crowd ,, but in term of machine n weight
,, th diversity is beyond ridiculous ,,

Bro there is something the soul craves, hard work, discomfort and sufferment in an endevour of your choice, wether it be marathon running, mountain climbing, gymnastics, but for us it's BODYBUILDING. I HAVE AN IDEA,..if you don't like it get the fuck of this forum

Exactly.
Has nothing to do with a trophy for me. I haven't competed in many years.
Some people enjoy personal achievement. Whether it's drag racing, marathons, iron mans, free running, or even working a certain job. I work in the industry that i do to help society, not just to make a decent living. In the past few years I've suffered quite a few injuries from Muay Thai training, but that hasn't made me want to stop at all, if anything it made me want to put more effort into it.
BLP is a great guy who is honest with us and he gets my respect for sure.

this is first time ever ,, i grow on a diet ,,, i nail th shit well for now ,,
it gh , slin , tren , at your dose , nail slin to dont hypo fell good n be super anti catabolic ,
nail macro for you ,,,
damn 12 years to understand it ,,
my jaw is tense now n then ,, my inner rotators slight injure ,, i work around ,, i hav shitty anxiety now n then
but overall i did gain mass quicker then ever in my life ,,
i owe a big one to gh15 ,, he help my envision for th inner truth toward my game ,
i have finally a 3d decent roundness
well this is th start ,, now th challenge ,, is to not fuck it up
and im really good on that ,,

Extremely well said. Anyone who has to ask obviously doesn't understand. Very few people nowadays want to be GREAT....they are content to be average. I will never personally run these cycles, but I understand the drive and passion that makes people choose to, and I think it's a special thing.
