I used it years ago, some commercial brand. I used the recommended dosage orally (sorry i don't remember the dosage's) made me feel very anxious and i haven't used it since and i have no intentions to either. Start low if you're going to use it.

PS. That's not much help, but is my experience with it...

I used the standard 0.2 mg/kg , with caffeine before cardio, empty stomach. It works well for me, better than ephedrine. It did make feel anxious, terribly so. The dosage is for the Yohimbine, not Yohimbe, so see what your yohimbe is standardized at, if you go the herbal route.

Also don't combine stimulants, etc............

As BB suggested, try not to mix it with anything else.

Yohimbine is like chugging a gallon of coffee and is like taking a speed bag to your heart.

I know a lot of guys who have had chest pains from using too much of it.

I used it a long time ago and it made me so jittery i stopped after a few days.

There are much better options IMO.

my friend was using this shit and said he was leaning out good. i didnt believe him though cuz it was otc, thought he was full of shit

It's actually banned in some country's
also Ephedrine is otc in Canada and pretty much in the U.S too so...

We started a thread like this last year but too lazy to look for it.

In my experience I once took it and just went for a long walk and ended up feeling like shit and thought I was going to die or have a stroke. I drank some Gatorade and made it back home but I haven't used it since. Another getbigger had a very similar experience in the aforementioned thread.
