What's the most weight you've lost in 30 Days drug free and reasonably healthy?
What was your diet like and did you incorporate cardio into your workouts?

Drug free? Get off roids and don't do PCT or train, you'll lose it quick. Ask Victor Martinez.

you can lose tons of weight drug free very quick, but expect much to be muscle.
This. i dropped 25ibs in one month people thought there was something wrong with me and looked like i was wearing my dads cloths. Small and skinny. don't even think about coming off to diet.

30 lbs to join the military.
4 eggs in the morning, 1 chicken breast and salad for lunch and dinner.

That's doesn't sound too bad except I'd throw in 1 meal a couple hours before bed.

Yeah. Top that off with a 1.5 mile run every day, no weightlifting, and bodyweight excercises.
It sucked.

Both. I was a mess by the time I made it to boot camp.
Next to no strength, skinny fat... bad idea.

i used to fast hardcore , like less that 300 calories, all caffiene and weed (http://img.askleomedia.com/askleo78x78.png)

I have myself as well as others lost at least 25-30 lbs in 30 days on the Ultimate Fat Loss Diet by Lyle McDonald.
It's a short term diet, but really not all that brutal if you follow it exactly as written. Strength really didn't go down too much, and being natural, muscle loss was still minimal. Best diet ever IMO.
No cardio either. Just weights.

Somewhere in the 12 - 15 pound range, I hold weight after a certain point no matter what.
