Title: who wants to start a protection/extrotion racket with me in the fitness world ?

also when we get stronger we can make the body builders perform sexual acts for us ( if you swing that way)

I got the idea from watching all the season of underbelly ( aussie series) and seeing how much of a boss the likes of Alphonse gangitano were

Former SEAL. Heben has been in a few documentaries, he's a smart dude. Im sure he has his reasons for having his Sig on him while he was working out.
Some of those guys literally take their gear and shirt off, work out, and put it back on, and go back out to do whatever they do. Pretty sure Heben works with Police forces now, looks like training.
