Hey Dan, can you tell me what your current plans are for the upcoming year?What contests do you plan to enter?What magazines will you be featuring in?Any upcoming video projects?Im sure many are eager to hear from the youngest IFBB pro.

everyone in my gym has been abuzz with how much arm size he'll add before the show.   fingers crossed.

Ya, I was just getting a cup of coffee in the break room at work when I overheard an argument about this. I had to jump in and say I think he will take off this year due to his nitrogen infused water, and of course with the help of his loving and supporting fiance.

Overheard an argument between two iron warriors in the gym the other day, went on for a good half hour, they couldn't decide whether Big Down's has 24 or 25 inch biceps.
