this lift isnt any different from any other lift, its still lifting,

however society will dictastes whats a "cool" lift and what isnt

its up to you to be a f/\g or falcon

the fucktard doesnt realize that if he had done 12 reps with 30lb dumbells, his biceps would gotten more stimulation/workout than whatever the fuck he was doing

Yes, a partial curl grip row. Why do these delusional tools show stuff like this? (answered my own question) Even 286 is very average for that type curl grip row.

BTw, when I was aspiring bodybuilder and very eager youngster, one old fuk at gym told me "when you need straps for curls, you're doing it wrong".
Haha, I was rollin' my straps around the dumbbells like a fag but it felt like tough move back then  :-[ :-[

i doubt it, what matters is overall stimulation and this exercise does it

i am really surprised he needed lifting straps for those curls, surely a guy with his strength could do a few easy reps with that weight without the aid of straps
