when taking m-1-t how much cardio can i do max per week and is it necessary to stack creatine with this?

How much cardio to do depends on a shitload of things (diet, goals, etc). 

And no, it's not necessary to stack M1T w/ anything.  If you have access to it, you might consider stacking 4-AD while taking M1T to counter the lethargy.
