when taking m-1-t how much cardio should i do per week? and is it necessary to stack creatine while on this?

How much cardio to do depends on a shitload of things (diet, goals, etc).
And no, it's not necessary to stack M1T w/ anything. If you have access to it, you might consider stacking 4-AD while taking M1T to counter the lethargy.

yeah i know i accidently put it in the training section, but about 15 min of cardio a day is what i do after my workout. i just need to gain back what i lost over the summer and i had some more m-1-t left over from before
