hey guys
i was wondering if you guys take creatine for like eight to ten weeks an take three weeks off?? or do you guys just stay on creatine everyday??
by this question i dont mean cycling 20g but just 5-10 g per day.

there is no need to cycle it like you mentioned. take 5g's twice a day for as long as you like. studies have shown "ZERO" negative effects from taking this amount for up to 3 years. i personally take it for 3-4 months while bulking and then take 3-4 months off while i'm cutting. once i start bulking again i'm back to using it.

when i travel for business which is every 3 weeks
i take a break from creatine for about 3 days
works for me 8)
