Post by: trulytoned on November 16, 2005, 03:04:39 PM
Ive been watching what i eat, taking protein, creatine. I eat lots of chicken, tuna etc. Basically while bulking do you have to watch what your eating so much. Cant all that extra calories help you while bulking?
Im just wondering cuz i do have trouble gaining weight while bulking.

no you dont and shouldnt be super strict while bulking
newbies here will tell you otherwise though

No, not SUPER strict.  But, IMO, you should always keep track of calories, protiens, carbs, and fats.  To make sure you are getting enough of each.

This should happen whether you are bulking or dieting.
