how many exercises per group do you recommend? I've been going until burnout for each.

i like to do two muscle group per training session and maybe add in abs,calves and forearms at the end of them

yea thats what i do now but i was wondering how many exercises per group should i do in a workout

heres a good rule of thumb
chest 12-15
back 15-18
delts 12-15
traps 3-9
hams 6-9
quads 6-12
bis  6-9
tris 9-12
calves 9-12

This is good info, if he asked how many sets per bodypart.  Hopefully that is what you mean.

He asked how many different exercises per bodypart.  Hell I can't even think of 15 different exercises for chest.
