Flex Lewis works with Dorian Yates, is only 22, and has some unreal legs.well if he is still a kid basically, then I think he does have a chance to be a contender, but he needs to bring the upper body up
Here he is with Luke Wood, holding his own.
Phil Heath? Flex Lewis?
Someone we haven't heard of yet?
Or is muscle maturity such a pre-req now that we'll be seeing guys in their mid 30's win it, once Big Ron's ship sails?
Flex Lewis works with Dorian Yates, is only 22, and has some unreal legs."flex lewis" is like 5 fot 4 or 5, no one that short should be winning any olympia other than a midget olympia.

Flex Lewis works with Dorian Yates, is only 22, and has some unreal legs.Whoa Moon Face, the gurus helping him should be trying to make him healthier so he can last in the sport, oh, oh wait I mean win a few trophies collect a few contracts and blow out a few organs.

If Frank McGrath starts training with Charles Glass, has Dorian's (or Ronnie's) work ethic and uses Chad or Milos for nutrition, he could be the next Mr O. He's got no major weaknesses, is structurally pretty good and has a lot of freaky body parts. Plus, he's 5'11 - the ideal height for Mr Olympia. Plus, he's quite young and has enough time to mature. An Olympian UNDER 30? hmmm.... in today's bodybuilding era I'm gonna say no one. Could be proven wrong, of course.
I think Phil Heath could do it by 28-29...mmmm.... yeah. It's POSSIBLE. He looks good at such a young age.
Wishful thinking.
Doom disapproves.
Look at those crazy guns lol
Frank McGrath....NO! Jay Cutler....Yes after Coleman, although Dex will make it interesting.
