am wanting to add some EFAs in my diet but through softgels
so was wondering which one to use .
i get her vitamin shoppee- omega3-6-9./ EPA-DHA Omega-3 Fish Oil/ and Flax Seed Oil .
which one?
im bulking!

what's your diet look like? Supplements/vitamins are added to fill-in whatever is left out. No one can tell you what you need, if you don't state what is missing.

Breakfast: 4 egg whites +1 york+orsandwichor oats+1 scoop whey+1 fruit.
Lunch: 150 gms chk+3 egg whites +100gms pasta/rice+1 veg/salad/1 fruit+1 glass milk.
Pre-workout: 2scoops whey+1 banana
Post workout I: 2 scoops whey+1 scoop glucose.
Post workout II: after 1hr.4 egg whites+1 york+rice+chicken+1 vit c+e cap
Dinner: same as lunch
Milk to be had b4 sleep. Or 1 litre in whole day
*Try eating peanuts on off days.
*DRINK LOTS OF WATER
*cheat days steak sizzlers.

Wow, you have a lot of Whey in there. Whey is cool, but you kind of want a 4 to 1 balance of real food to whey. Ok, it looks like you're getting enough E from the yolk, and from your multivitamin. So, you might want to ease up on the additonal E. Also if your E has a DL on the ingredients, it is a synthetic vitamin E. Step away from that, it's garbage. What brand of Whey are you using? Instead of the one scoop glucose before you workout, try 1/4 of a liter of gatorade, and then the remaining gatorade during the last 10-20 minutes of your workout. Go w/ the Fish oil, and try to ingest some sunflower seeds daily. I'd aim for the morning w/ breakfast. There's some basic stuff for your diet. Peace.

You're getting fat from peanuts, Sizzler (when you cheat), chicken, (maybe milk, if it's not fat free), and hopefully sunflower seeds and a fish oil capsule. This is a pretty complex mix of fats, w/ most coming from real foods. This is what you want. You want most of your nutrition to be derived from real foods. ALso, if you wanted to Co Q10 and a B' vitamin mix is great to throw in w/ your breakfast. I don't see a lot of red meat in your diet (you never did specify what you eat at the sizzler, and I have never been in one. I can only assume that it is a steak place). You might think about an Iron supplement in your diet every third to fourth day.

Try EFA GOLD from Beverly intl. They are quite expensive though.

i have lot of french fries+1 big chunk of juicy lean steak and spinach.
is int iron harmful for men?

Agreed. Without going into the whole science thing of long chain, short chain, converstion, etc., fish oil is the best thing (EPA/DHA). Aim for at least 2.5 grams/day. 5-6 grams/day would be optimal.
