Title: Pulled Vastus again, is it just me?

So I have pulled my vasits medialis for the third time.

First time was with 16 plates on the leg press. shoulder width, feet parallel.
Second time was with 9 plates on the leg press. shoulder width, feet parallel.

Yesterday was with 135 pound warmups doing squats. toes out. Did 3 sets of 16 on both leg extensions and leg curls, figured that was enough warmup. Extensions 135 and 150, leg curls 70 and 80 lbs respectively.


Its like damit, either im doing something wrong or its just prone to injury now.

On the way up it was like a stabbing pain, almost like i was injecting the area. (but never do them here) Injection was wednesday in left glute, injury is on left side as well.

Having a hard time getting in and out of the car today, or up\down stairs.


I have never injured it doing leg extensions.
