Why hate? Mad because the best you could ever obtain was a subpar 10% bf with a snub nose?

TA, Bellieve it or not but that "twink's" condition would have placed him first in any local BB contest promoted during the 60's and possibly even into the early 70's.
That 'twink's' condition would enable him to pass with flying colors .... any physical fitness competition held on any beach or in any facility in the USA back then.
Some of us younger lean and mean Marines would compete in physical fitness events on west coast beaches (push-up, pull-ups, three-mile runs, runs) and beat anyone and everyone who had 20+ more pounds of muscle than the individual shown in the video above.
TWINK is a relatively new term to me. How does one qualify for Twink-Status nowadays?
Just a few years back such an individual as shown above would have been classified as as individual who was in excellent physical condition.

It was a tongue in cheek, sardonic comment my friend, more or less meant to mock how the average moron getbigger would classify this physique. Devon has an incredible physique in my opinion, getbig probably thinks differently though.

When i first starting lifting, this is what i thought bodybuilding was all about. Like a statue brought to life.
What are his stats? I doubt he weighs very much, but he looks very good, especially in the side triceps pose.

I think that could work easily. I would start on the low end of that and add calories to the tune of 100-150 every 2-6 weeks and find the most you can consume before any real body fat come on. Then hold it there for 8-12 weeks. You may even get leaner as a result. Then, you will have a new baseline caloric range to work with so whatever you were able to handle during that 8-12 weeks, would be your new starting point for next time as it is your new maintenance to where you can adjust up or down depending on your goal. Then follow the same procedure again.
But yeah, if you are starting cold, 15 times bodyweight would definitely be a good starting point.

he looks good but another 10/15 lbs lean muscle he would look thicker and if he kept the lines then that would be great.
