Title: Apple Cider Vinegar - You do notice a difference

as long as you take it every meal, definitely gonna stick to this

this is the only way to increase the livers oxidative capacity, it can only be done with a variety diet and applecider vineager

i notice it kills the lethargic sugar effect, because i do eat high calorie meals my body demands it and this stuff breaks it down makes the energy useable, i hope im not singing a different tune next week because im beleiving in this stuff right now

Very important advice from the great Falcon.
Daily liver support is important stuff, even for us non steroid users.
(I take Lipitor, so Apple Cider Vinegar and Liv.52 is part of my daily supplement routine)...
I make a daily juice with apples, carrots and kale as well, good stuff.

Falcon, I have schooled you in the miracle of ACV at least one year ago.

Why has it taken so long to sink in?

Old Southern folk who are fat yet grow very old understand the powers of ACV as an internal cleanser.  They put ACV in all of their barbecue sauces to "cut" the fat and clean the system.  They have what many would say are horrid diets yet live long fat and happy lives.

I've never looked in their bowls, but I'd bet that one would find evidence of pyramid shits.

yeah, but the apple cider vinegar tended to detoxify me via flatulence aka farting out the bad toxins.
I felt great after, but my ( now ex wife) couldn't take the stench, thus we divorced.
Soooooooo, I fear doing this now as my current wife has yet to endure this apple cider vinegar regime.
Any thoughts or advice on this?

Don't use ACV regularly. It is a proven fact that over time, even though it is high in potassium, for some reason long term use lowers your pottasium to dangerous levels. Look it up... ACV effects on potassium.

 acv is nasty, I put it on pulled pork and thats about it.

 try a little water, honey, potassium and baking soda instead.

This is only with pretty heavy usage, just use once a day 2 tsp. in a glass of luke-warm water, HAS to be Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar as it has the MOTHER OF VINEGAR culture in it (the hazy stuff, which is good!).

the more the merryer with apple cidervinaager take it after every single time you eat, youll start noticeing it after about 3-4 days of consistent religious use of it

i think you notice the benefits more if your overweight and you overeat cause your hungry not that your eating because your depressed or some bullshit but you actually need the calories for more energy

my body even though its over weight is very hungry but i dont think my body uses all the food intake properly because my liver is "clogged" up because naturally no one is consuming ACV on a regular basis

what if this is the one and only product to clean out the liver, and its probably the most difficult thing to injest, perhaps its the most honored acheivement (a clean and functional liver) but the most difficult path to travel (the bitter taste and consistent consuming ACV)

nothing worth having in life is easy. takeing a vitamin for health=too fucking easy

taking strong applecider vinegar after everymeal=difficult but worth it

They attribute many diseases and ailments and even hairloss to weak kindneys and liver function in not purifying the body.

ACV speeds glycogen repletion in muscle and liver after workouts if used with carbs.
This is 10 year old news, some guys were experimenting with it and claimed to notice effects.

I think the protocol was like 4cc ACV/100 grams of carbs post-workout.

Probably best to dilute it well and perhaps drink with a straw to save teeth.
