Here is my current workout routine:
Mon. Chest
BPress
Incline Press
DB Press
Flyes
Tues. Back/Traps
Dead Lifts
Chin ups
BB Row
Lat pull Down
DB Shrug
BB Shrug
Wed. Shoulders
Mil Press
DB Press
Side Laterals
Upright Row
Thurs. Arms/Hamstings
Skull Crushers
Cable ext
Tricep Pushdown
BB Curl
DB Curl
Preacher Curl
Laying leg curl
Issolation leg curl
Fri. Quads
Squats
Leg Press
Hack Squats
sat. Shoulders/Arms
short version of the shoulder arm routine
I train shoulders/arms a bit more since they are lagging.
reps are 6-10 by 3-4sets except on legs where reps are 15-20

what are your goals with this routine? looks like massive overtraining if kept up for a length of time. especially if you're not on any juice. even on the sauce this looks abit ambitious, especially if mass is your goal.

I would put all my leg work into one day & also give the arms their own day also.Gives you Mon- Fri to train & gives the whole week-end off for recuperation.

Currently at 6' 200lbs. Bulking this winter. I added the saturday routine as a temporary addon.

two pressing movements for shoulders is too much.

Why is 2 pressing movements for shoulders too much????
I do hangclean press then later on at end of shoulder work i do db press.

Looking to get up to 210-215, get bigger if course.

IMO your hitting a lot of things twice. For example, Chest your doing BPress and DBPress, Shoulders your doing DBShrugs, and BBShrugs. If your doing four hard sets to failure, thats all you need bro. I would alternate between BPress and DBPress every other week or something. Same thing with Mil Press and DBPress....I would take one of those out and add some front laterals. I would seperate legs and arms into their own days. Sat and Sun I would rest.
Pretty much of what you have already heard. I think you will be in danger of overtraining if you don't cut back a bit.
