ok i kinda have big legs, their not ugly, in fact i like my legs but i want more muslce to be seen. i wanna lean out alot. please help me out. is running good? how much running? will jumping rope gonna help?

Running is the worst thing to do IMO. If you want to lean out than you have to diet down. If you have to resort to cardio jump rope or do sprints.

If you wanna cut up you should diet. Lots of fancy ways to go about it but the main thing is to eat less. I usually start at 12 cals per pound of body weight and rarely do I ever do cardio.

i think that doing like intense cadio, kills the thickness in the thighs. i would just do walking, biking and stair master.... but not too intensely..

cardio, diet.
don't kill yourself 2 days a week- do it reasonably 4-5 days a week. And watch the carbs at night.
