Title: Eating for the sake of Eating?
Post by: El Diablo Blanco on June 03, 2013, 11:26:48 AM
I'm 9 weeks into my diet and I'm at a point where I don't have interest in eating.  The hunger pains are gone.  I don't care to eat and lately just eat because FLEX magazine says I need to eat every 3 hours blah blah blah.
Is it really that devastating to not eat if I don' feel like it?

You are still following that old bullshit of every 3 hours?

It won`t matter one bit.

If you're on keto diet, appetite can become non existent.

Yes, eat a small amount BEFORE you get hungry.

If you're dieting, and a 'peckish' feeling arrives: eat.  Or an hour later you'll be ready to gut an old lady just to get the tea biscuts out of her intestines.  Then there's that whole body disposal headache.

Hahaha yes, good eating!

For lunch I enjoyed a huge banana pancake with a scoop of Cornish vanilla ice cream on top, it was delicious.

That left me 900kcals for dinner, so I went to the gym for 45 mins and returned to some of my wife's delicious fried rice and habanero chicken  ;D

I have 175 kcals left, should I spend it on 2 boiled eggs, or simply another bowl of ice cream Adam?  ;D

Don't know, but I have a ways to go before I get to my ideal look.  I did notice in the gym today I ran out of gas way to early.

i dont think timing matters much , but if you're not meeting your caloric and macro needs then it might be a problem to not eat

Or looking at people like they are turkey, steak, or chicken. Like in the Looney Tunes deserted islands cartoon.

I just ate half a box of Danish wedding cookies. I'm not fueling up for anything, all for pleasure.
