This guy is on the news right now in the UK.

I must say he has the look of the type of guy who was a sneak at school.  Like the wee guy in American Graffiti who rides the scooter.

Is he a hero or villain to the majority of the population of the USA?

I don't know why he bothered, it wasn't like the world didn't know how America plays the game.  What can the people do about corrupt and warmongering regimes.  Even if they oust them, they are like buses, there will be another one on the way any minute now.
