Yes, as a fellow photographer, you have to get and lay down on the floor to get the picture.... NOT.

Jeez, some photographer are just too much... they were two huge cameras, sometimes shoot with a 'ring flash', and some get the largest lens they can find to look good.   Whatever...

I think the photographer was trying to get a flash of the ring, maybe even shoot at it if his bid is accepted in the locker room

If by job you mean trying to get a close up shot of this dudes package then yes.
