Title: my bench press strength is going to shit, my military is doing great

how does one explain this phenomena?

i was thinking instead of running my 3 day split twice in a row with one day off


i should only run it once and have 4 days off so i can "go haaaarddd"


but then again, RC trained a 3 day split twice in a row and he was strong as shet

...Because, you can recruit more muscles to assist in OHP, and Military press, compared to laying down on a bench.
