It is pretty obvious when you compare the pics.   I guess all of them have guts but when you compare them to each other the ones with the smallest guts look like they have no gut in comparison.

Its funny, his width stayed exactly the same and his chest does not look that much better. This is the Mr. O :/

thats not that impressive

in 7 years I went from 6lb 8 oz to 70lbs.

and I did it all clean.

I also went from being unable to walk, read or write to being able to in that time.

makes heath's achievement look a bit shit

the after pics he was on cybergenics 60 day programme and I believe FRAC, Smilax, beta sitersterol, Gamma Oryzanol and I believe vanadyl sulfate. he may even have used mumie
