Post by: arce1988 on August 07, 2013, 06:15:23 PM
I will ONLY eat white breasts. I do NOT like ANY other part of the chicken. Pure white breasts for me. What say you all?

Im a big fan of the boneless skinless thighs... little less meat per chunk, but much, much juicier.

Although I still eat the fuck outta some breasts, but I have to season the shit out of them.

How do you suck those things down? I tried them from the 10lb bag, and they were just way too dry. Went back to my supermarket brand right after. I now buy that 10lb bag for my lab.

Agreed, the frozen Costco ones suck. Supermarket fresh ones are 1000x better.

I think Bouncer is in that "hardcore" phase.

Yes chicken breasts, rice and some mixed frozen vegatables with a little soy sauce and you can eat that 3 times a day. Then have a few protein shakes and a breakfast with eggs and complex carbs and you are set maybe a protein shake at night before bed that has casein protien might not hurt with a little ZMA.You can't go wrong with chicken breats

I have went through times of eating a few pounds of meat and fish a day. That was keto with workouts and cardio granted. Too much chicken doesn't do much for me. I ate a lot of filets, sirloin and salmon. I would be sick of eating that much chicken quick.

I don't care much for B Dubbs. There is this bar that I used to go eat at that had wings down. My favorites were the chipolte ones with jalapenos and honey barbeque. Bunch of other good ones too. Just outstanding stuff.

Yeah me to!!!

Jasmine rice, broccoli and chicken breast skinless and boneless!!! Some pure olive oil, and it's the perfect pre workout meal.

Have you seen how high jasmine is on the GI? Stuff is off the charts. Prob not the best pre-workout. I concur about its deliciousness however.

I don't agree with this brother. If you were going to have jasmine at any time, pre workout would be the best. I'll prep my whole contest with white rice, I'll even eat it before bed.

Dude, i make under 2k/month. I work a data entry/website update from home on irregular workloads.

Within 2wks i'll be leaving Canada to the middle east to work an admin job, food there is alot cheaper, and easy access to human grade gear straight from the pharmacy.

So yes, i'm "hanging in there".

Ouch.  Not that I am loaded but I think of chicken as cheap protein.  Guess I forgot about being young.

big pack of chicken thighs (5$) grilled with a light coat of bbq sauce, I cut the breasts into little strips and cook them in a skillet with some water and taco seasoning, the boneless breasts are $1.99lb if you buy them in the big pack.

I buy the big bags at Sams.  Cook them a bunch of different ways.  Its all in what you add and how you cook. Never had an issue with them being dry.
