Title: I eat a lot of beans lately - and some rice
Post by: Rami on August 25, 2013, 08:26:45 AM
I cook for the double amount of time than what it says. It probably one of the esiest digested food to be found, even easier than white rice, if prepared carefully.

I definitely have more energy for working out and gaining weight from the beans.

For a while I was eating potatoes and vegetables but after a while that wasn't really giving me the energy I was looking for.  The power when lifting is what measures if it's healthy and right for you.

So I would recommend beans before anything else, no other foods really work this good.

Beans are a good replacement for rice and a good way to cut carbs from your diet.

Potatoes never worked that good, they contain a lot of water and fiber but there was no even and lasting energy from potatoes. With beans you can go without food for a much longer duration of time with unchanged energy. That's probably why it's working so good for being lean while still having all the energy you need.

beans are great for bodybuilders who eat white rice since it has less fiber than brown rice the beans helps to make up for that.

I'll report back.

Those two enormous pink things under that turd are the pig's balls. Little know fact, pigs ejaculate about 300x the volume of semen that a human male does. Dogs are at about 50x.

Well it's normal for organisms with external reproductive organs to gravitate towards you. It's up to you to filter them like an HR professional reviewing two dozen resumes and striking the interesting ones with the red marker while dumping the rest in the recycling bin.

It's been a positive experience.

I also think the mods did surprisingly great work on this thread.

You realize you have to wait maybe 1 or 2 days to evaluate something you ate? To see the strength gain and that sort of things, not just the energy gain that occurs within hours.
