Title: Fast typing?
Post by: BRO on August 28, 2013, 01:43:40 PM
Does anyone else get an error message when posting?

Some message about "the last posting was less than 29 seconds ago..."

Is there a time interval of no posting?

Or is this implemented to avoid spam burst posting?

Perhaps it should be lowered to 15 seconds... Some of us type really fast.

 ;D

Yep, i get it, and unless you leave the thread and come back it keeps doing it even if you wait 30 seconds.

Good info about leaving the thread or the delay message will still appear. Was unaware of that...

It used to be 31 or 32 seconds and Ron lowered it to 29 seconds per my request.

Should we start a petition to lower it to 15 or 10 seconds?

That only happens when you try to switch from one gimmick account to another too quickly.

I remember that. It is annoying when you are back a good discussion in a thread, but its a first world problem for sure.
