Yes, just look vegetarian Jim Morris how he looks at 70 (or so ?) he consumes beans (61g carb's per 100g)
& lentils (40g carb's per 100g) daily, plus other fruits & vegetables.

gracias. Having no hips at all really helps with my "structure" haha. I used to spend a lot of time complaining that I had no waistline, but turns out it's hard to be curvy if you don't have and fucking hips! GREAT for bodybuilding though.

No way, babycakes. I COOK and I LIKE MY FOOD TO TASTE GOOD. Basmati or jasmine rice, unless I'm being a lazy jerk (rare), and then my favorite rice is a pint of rice from the nearest chinese place (brown or white - they are both options!), heh. Here's why smart rice is moderately wack: because if I'm concerned about the glycemic index of my carbs, there are way better options than some special kind of white rice.

Jeez, there's some people I know that are natural and got SHREDDED AS FUCK on 300grams of carbs every fucking day. Small but otherwise perfect physiques.
But then again I could NEVER, fucking EVER achieve same shit. I know even a woman, actually old woman who after 3 months of training can squat 40kg for 8, ass to grass at bodyweight of 45kg. She is like 5'1'', shredded and getting more shredded and stronger every day. Her diet is like eat everything in sight.
So yeah, you can look at people around you but then again how does that fucking matter. Smart kids don't have to study so much and have great marks at school, talented people don't have to diet so much and are lean, world is unfair.
