there is something disturbing about energy light bulbs. I'm positive they are some sinister new world order apparatus. who knows what their really doing to us.

phytic acid acts as an antioxidant and nutrition regulator

it keeps you from absorbing too much iron and some other minerals

this is good for meat eaters but bad for vegetarians

meat eaters have to watch out for heme-iron. so beans help keep the absorption down

however vegetarians may lack energy after work even when eating a ton like me. its because of the phytic acid in beans

some research i have found is soaking your beans in 140 degrees over night to reduce phytic acid 60 percent

Sir Falcon,

Many people notice massive improvements of energy after losing weight. Blood travels any extra 100 ft or sonething like that for every 10 pounds of fat you have..thats as accurately as I can remember that.

Also take selenium 800 mcg to speed up metabolism and ginger root for digestive aid.

looks to have some nasty side effects that selenium gomez

What are the risks of taking selenium?

Side effects. Taken at normal doses, selenium does not usually have side effects. An overdose of selenium may cause bad breath, fever, nausea, and liver, kidney and heart problems. At high enough levels, selenium could cause death.
Interactions. Selenium may also interact with other medicines and supplements, such as antacids, chemotherapy drugs, corticosteroids, niacin, cholesterol-lowering statin drugs, and birth control pills.
Skin cancer. Selenium supplements are associated with a risk of skin cancer (squamous cell carcinoma), so people at high risk of skin cancer should not take these supplements.
Diabetes. One study found that people who took 200 micrograms a day of selenium were 50% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. So far, it's unknown if the selenium actually caused the disease. Discuss the risk with your doctor.
Title: eating a handfull of soil per day about 3-4 inches in the ground would provide
Post by: Marty Champions on August 30, 2013, 08:59:08 PM
essential minerals like selenium correct?

top dirt would be bad since it would have fresh excrement from animals but some inches down would be safe nutrient dense soil

lol then why would i read that sight if hes a faggit cheater, im not interested in people like that

im reading about selenium at the moment its far more interesting , im definitly not getting enough of it being a vegetarian, by calculating what im eating i must be severly deficient in it perhaps thats the only thing holding me back

i shouldve been eating a handful of dirt a day all along for selenium but modern ways have to destroy my perfect ways , some way..

great points

keep eating dirt and grass clippings and random mushrooms ( I think Sisson might actually advocate the dirt eating)

If you really want selenium you might to consider a few Brazil nuts

regarding dirt:

They say that's why kids eat dirt - deficient in minerals.
