Title: sneak out in the morning to train before church?

my gf's sister and husband and kids are sleeping over tonight

tomorrow we leave to church 10 am


gym opens 9 am

gym is around the corner


do i go for intense 45 minute workout like a boss?

or "be normal?" ::)

ok i wake up 8 am

stuff myself with tuna and bread

then put all the baby shit in the car,

then hit the gym, shower and dress up there

then i collect woman at home and tell her to hurry up
