The all you can eat chinese places in china town do that for people who did a runner wthout paying.

Seems like a good idea, but only if it is done AFTER the person was found guilty. Otherwise what is stopping a vindictive girlfriend of putting these up falsely? Poor tipper? Get put up there. Complain about shitty food? Get put up there.
