Fortunately, his interests in it seemed to have quickly passed....probably made him sick as a dog. He seems like a good all around fellow though. I could not keep an ounce of fat on myself until I was 29 years old. My energy levels with through the roof up until then and to be honest, I also quit smoking cigarettes at 29. Only you know what your ideal weight is. A guy who is as in touch with his physical self as you are, knows what feels right and what doesn't. As far as how you look, the 300 lb. Falcon doesn't look healthy. Your a big guy in a lot of respects. You have a large bone structure and considerable height. Without a doubt you can healthfully carry more pounds then some of these bodybuilder midgets can. Just remember that weight is weight. Regardless of whether it is fat or lean weight, the more you weigh the harder it is on your heart muscle.
You won't like this comparison, but big dogs usually have shorter lifespans then the smaller breeds do. For example, a Great Dane, often only lives about 10 years which is equal to 70 years of age in human terms.
Keep listening to what your body tells you. Don't get too crazy with the weird diets and you are going to be just fine.

She fixed marinated mushroom caps which she threaded on a skewer and barbecued. With this she heated flatbread with garlic and olive oil in the oven. The vegetable was salad greens with a light oil and vinegar dressing. I feel very satisfied, yet not stuffed.

Truthfully, my wife and I wonder how it is possible we created such an amazing and attactive woman since we see ourselves as being very ordinary looking. Our son is incredibly smart, (as is his sister) accomplished and handsome too.

Not too weary most of the time. Retirement life is good. I wish I could be more nomadic at least in the sense of traveling. Unfortunately my wife isn't healthy enough for air travel which limits us traveling to those faraway places we so love visiting, like France, Italy and Germany. Never been to Asia and would really like to do that sometime before I die.
