It's women's bodybuilding twenty-five or so years ago.  Instead of changing the judging criteria for women's bodybuilding they decided to create another category

No the IFBB noticed she has 3 hours of fan waiting to meet her, so they want some of the popularity. How can u blame them. She has a huge fan base.
