He's a very vocal (unpaid) advocate for Chiropractic. Spoke on his treatment over the years and how he would not be able to train let alone compete at a high level without chiropractic care.

I've known Vince for years, he lives in Pembroke Pines,FL. I've got a few pics with him from the Southern States, from about 10 years ago!

Cool.... if there's one guy who i could pay to train with, it'd be Vince.

I learned a ton from his BTFO videos, using hammer strength machines in ways not strictly intended for by their manufacturer.

I'm sure he's got all types of tips n tricks
