Title: weeks before the murder
Post by: rpm693 on December 28, 2005, 03:49:06 PM
I met with matt cline.. Matt had told me how Craig stole a brief case from him..Craig broke into the house of Matt's in Vegas. Matt was angry at craig, but said he understood what he was going through. Drugs will get you and make you do crazy things.. I believe firmly tha MAtt is not a rat and would not have Sold craig out.. Craig  has a good friend in matt plus the feds had nothing on matt even thought matt is a known or was a known to be a heavy party guy here in mass and in Vegas. As an attorney myself, if you piece the evidence together, and realize the motive and how strong craig is, You must realize Craig is not the killer, and it just depends if Craig sells out his wife. This will determine how much Time craig gets.. If he plays his card right hell be out in 3-5 years...   Back on the bodybuilding scene..

Both Craig and Kelly are culpable and both must be chastised even unto death

I was just eluding to how quick Craig would be out. What he does when out is beyond my control.. I wasn't being literal at that point

Don't talk nonsense, if craig did not kill her he simply tried to save his wife and any man who claims that he wouldn't very heavily consider doing the same for his wife is either talking before thinking or in a shitty marriage.

Why the hell didn't people who knew what Craigles was going through with drugs say anything?  How many of their friends tried to help them out?  They're all murderers! :)

I suppose he could cater to the "schmoe" bbing crowd, and sell his soiled/worn underwear.......I don't think it matters how old you are for that type of business......

BTW, if Craig gets out, he won't need bbing, he'll get a book deal, trust me, that is where the money is. He is gonna come out with a tell all book, ala Canseco, but exposing bbing to the public. Besides, guilty or not, I can guarantee NO ONE related to bbing will give him another chance.

Save her from what exactly?  Justice?  He could have chosen to help her mitigate her dishounour by assisting her in commiting seppuku instead of defiling the victim's body.

Save her from going to jail.

But I have to admit seppuku would have been totally sweet.

Is that the same bottle of catsup Amy threw at you right before she dumped you?

This is another "read between the lines" post. Matt must know something that we don't know for sure.

Obviously rpm is Matts attorney.  He'll only say good things about him.  Craig is an ex-con to begin with, what make you or anyone think he is different now.  He hasn't shown any kind of turning his life around actions since he's been out.  Drugs will make you do anything.  And this time they took him over the edge.....simple.  And this Matt fuck is just a drug dealing scumbag who saw one of his prime clients in trouble.  Shit how much was Craig and Kelly spending with this guy.  If they go to jail how much will he be losing.  Typical drug dealing drug addict relationship.

I am from mass. I am an attorney. I do not represent Mr. Kline. He is a friend. Matt at this point needs no representation. Matt has cleared his name of any wrong doing. Matt is a dear friend of craigs. The events which took place prior to the murder were of no ones control, but Craig's and Kelly's. They are true. I will not testify to this because they are irrelevant to the murder charges they face.,, but if called upon I will. Drugs make you do crazy things. Things which you would not normally do. I believe in what I posted earlier. Believe what you want. It doesn't take a Harvard grad to piece info together. An accessory, which craig will be tried at, will not get that much time. The bargain which may be offered. Nevada will ask to deal. Dropping maybe the Arson charge for plea of guilty for accessory, or accessory after the fact, which carries a much lighter sentence than perhaps a co-conspiracy. (being involeved in the actual killing). I don't have time to read nor look up Nevada's sentence guidelines for accesory after the fact, but can tell you you will see Craig Titus out sooner than later. The DA will want that charge to stick, but could drop that charge and get Craig on the Arson, and the fed statute of fleeing felon. Whatever happens I feel Kelly is in trouble, and may not see the light of day. Believe what you want, but this post is based an experienced attorney and is  my opinion only and can be disregarded if you so choose to do so.

You're right, any good husband would burn the body of the mistress his wife just killed.

Since Matt Cline is reputed to a shadowy character of drug dealings and drug abuse habits, no one on an INTERNET FITNESS board really cares what allegedly got stolen from his house.
