How average looking do you think Titus will become now that he is in custody and away from training, supplements, and other goodies?

150-170 pounds 15-20% body fat somewhat similar to prince. basically a shrimp. it will take him about 24 months to get down to the 150-170 range...but he will be 190-200 pounds within the next 3 months.

titus will hold his own in jail. He's a shark, a wolf.

I'm sure he'll be able to get his hands on some gear in the pen, His diet will suffer more than anything.

also you need to remember that we usually take testosterone on a daily basis.. (there were times i used to inject testovirons daily every single day an amp or 2) so now when he wont be able to get test his body will shut down big time....he wont have any clomid either nor will he have hcg he will have nothing and his body will become a joke. a walking thin joke.
his body naturally will recover and produce test with time.. but it will be lagging for long time. right now craig titus is beaking to pieces by the day. and dont believe any one who tells you he wasnt on hormones lately. we are on hormones in some way or another ALL THE TIME. he reduced size due to stress and calories deficit, and that is why he was 215 when fbi got him.

Craig has been off for the most part for months. I'm sure he has and or was taking certain drugs to bring his levels back up. This won't be that big of an issue.

PERIOD.
now, you will see what will happen to him with NO HORMONES. you will witness what happens when the lies go out the window and the reality kicks in.
when his trial starts he will stand 195-200 pounds and not even one pound more. from then on he will lose and lose and lose to the mid 160s.

Gh15, I saw Craig in July of 1999 at the USA's in Santa Monica right after he got out of jail after a 20 month sentence and he looked big and in good shape, at least 230 pounds. Then he competed in the Ironman in February of 2000 and placed high, I think fourth. So either he has great genetics and was working out in jail or he was getting juice somehow. He didn't rot away in jail. Now if he goes into a deep depression that's a different story.

when craig titus was in jail last time it was a joke. he knew he was about to go out within couple months....he just trained natural and was not in a state of depression. you can still train naturally and maintain 220 pounds if you walked around on juice at 250. what you CAN NOT do is ....maintain those 220 pounds for long time when you in prison for a very very very long time with out gear or gh and you know it's the end and there is nothing that is waiting for you in bodybuilding anymore.

craigs 40 now a normal test level for that age is about 300 to 450 ng wich would never be enuff to hold 220lbs of muscle! now take into consideration his test level is about 150 now, he will probally lose at least another 30 lbs of muscle over the next 2 yrs even if he gets back into the normal range for his age group( wich is doubtfull)
craig titus is basically a old man, if he was 25 it mite be a different story ! anyone over 30 is naturally way down in test production !
plus your gh declines dramatically after 25 , so by age 40 hes in big trouble!
lets say off season he was 270 about 1 yr ago and hes been clean since his last show 8 months ago and is now 220 offseason, whats gonna happen in 2 yrs? he was what 140 his senior yr in highschool, well unless someone ships him some gear ,hes gonna be in the 170's and not much of it muscle mass!

CT & KR have not been charged with a crime, there is no crime scene, no judge appointed, no trial, no verdict and no sentence - yet. Fighting extradition is a normal course of action and it has taken, in other cases, as long as two years to resolve. And a little FYI, I've been in the bodybuilding 'INDUSTRY' for over 30 years, and have played a professional SPORT and train and condition professional ATHLETES, and I promise you that a pro bodybuilder (any current pro) cannot handle the rigors of training like an ATHLETE!

I do agree with you on some of the above, although I think that saying 90% of any athlete is taking gear is a little extreme, I do know that at least 60-70% of professional athletes are taking something GH included and yes, teenage athletes as well but the figure is lower witch is still too high if that makes sense and even when I was a teenager I was apart it.
As for defining an athlete. IMO and athlete should have the combination of size, strength, speed, agility, conditioning, balance and coordination, the ability to handle themselves on a field or otherwise. Can you imagine if a pro bodybuilder can have all of those attributes? Super athlete!!

Bodybuilding cannot be classified as a sport, because bodybuilding competition does not involve the accomplishment of objective, being instead a subjective aesthetic pageant. HOWEVER, strengh and power are some of the major attributes of real athletes and bodybuilders have tons of it. You could say that bodybuilders are a athletic performers.
