Can't stand crossfit. Invitation for injury. Respect the effort and will they put forth, just believe it does more harm than good.

Krankenstein does small crossfit circuits for conditioning in addition to Olympic lifting and strength training.

Honestly, I'm think about adding some of those workouts to my program for cardio. I hate running on a treadmill.

Seems like a genuine bloke, too.

Sherdog's S and C forum used to be good, now it's full of permabulking power lifters.

Those forums tend be very trendy and dogmatic. Their diet and supp board is in paleotard mode.

Ha, yes the answer to every qu is either Starting strength, 5/3/1 or heavy squats.

I used to think the ab wheel was for chicks, but tried it after watching his video. It's fucking hard. Don't know how he does it on a slope wearing a weighted vest.

Thanks...but I actually am doing those things to get myself to the Masters CF Games next year.  I haven't done one bit of "cardio" since starting this type of training last year.  I have sold my star stepper and recumbent bikes because they were just taking up space.

Oh....in before Coach and his usual rhetoric about Crossfit.

i think a lot of men and women join cross fit gyms partially because they hope they'll have very similar physiques the top level cross fit competitors have.

unbeknownst to them, they are on as much PED as any top level competitor bber. you dont look like that, perform that kind of workload repetitively, or recover from brutal training sessions on one 2 var a day and a shot of enanthate a week. some of the women are more yoked than a lot of guys i know who run smaller cycles.

if they ever drug test cross fit you can stick a fork in it. lol
